When you make a payment on our platform, that specific room or service is instantly locked and reserved exclusively for you. This prevents other students from booking that inventory and secures your placement. Because these accommodations are taken off the active market immediately to benefit your search, we cannot process cancellations, modifications, or rollbacks.
We highly encourage all students and parents to utilize our Pick & Drop Site Visits to thoroughly inspect the premises, verify the amenities, and review the location before making any final monetary commitments.
